Entries for our Grade 1-3 examinations are now submitted and ALL Grade 1 – 3 singers have entered. That is fantastic enthusiasm.
In your exam you sing three songs accompanied by piano and and unaccompanied folk- song.
You are also given some sight- reading and aural tests. Your teachers are practising these with you. There are some specimen aural tests on the abrsm website ( there is an app) and there is also a web-site called Hofnote. You can also buy ABRSM sight-reading and aural test books online.
Any singer who knows of any other useful aural tests or sight-reading material please add a comment.
These exams are wonderful for your vocal and musicianship development.
