We had a fun (But hard work!) movement rehearsal yesterday in the Lydiard Park Gym, putting it all together with the LPCS and SYM Choirs. The ‘Mouse in the Windmill’ performed.by the JTPTrust Juniors and Haydonleigh Primary Choir in an item not to be missed! And the Barbershop Quartet, fronted by soloist David Casey is quite astonishing.
Other special highlights yesterday were ‘The Wedding Ring’ and ‘Georgia on my Mind’ both conducted by guest conductor Adam Treadaway.
‘It’s going to be a great gig’ said Adam, who trained at York University and with the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, and now conducts the Cotswold Children’s Choir.
