The JTPTrust believes that all young singers should have access to good vocal teaching irrespective of gender, age, marital status, race, colour, religion, disability, sexuality, ethnic or national origin.
Over the years the JTPTrust has delivered singing initiatives in local schools, based on objectives set out in the model music curriculum. Most recently we have been involved in successfully delivering an annual schools singing day to local secondary schools. These events are designed to promote, improve and develop local singing and are funded by and delivered in partnership with Make Music Swindon, the town's local music hub.
Our Outreach work aims to:
Promote and foster a love of singing in your school
Improve confidence and vocal abilities in each child
Develop gifted and talented singers and offer them a progress path
Maintain healthy voices through good vocal practice
